If you are unsure if your child or student requires therapy services or would like to discuss any questions or concerns, you can book in for a consultation with one of our therapists

 Initial Appointment

A 60 Minute full assessment of your child’s needs and abilities to determine the direction and goals for intervention.We collaborate with parents, teachers and health professionals to gain an overall picture of your child’s functioning to help guide our direction and need for therapy

j Assessment and Report Writing

Standardised or non-standardised assessments, clinical observations and or questionnaires can be completed to collect valuable information. The information obtained can be compiled to either form the basis of a comprehensive written report or recommendations based on the outcomes, how occupational therapy can benefit your child and what are the next steps

 Intervention (Individual)

Individual sessions are available within the natural environments i.e. home, school and the community.Sessions rage from 30 minutes to 60 minutes in duration. Dependent upon the recommended therapy plan, sessions will either be on a weekly or fortnightly basis. Parents, Teachers and Integration Aides are provided with strategies, equipment and or task modifications to trial and implement if required to benefit your child. Achievable activities, strategies and programs are additionally provided in feedback notes to continue to promote development

 Intervention (Group-based)

We also offer a range of therapy groups such as: school readiness, fine motor, gross motor and social skills

 Holiday Programs

Over the school holiday periods, intensive holiday programs are available. The focus of each group will vary dependent on interest and need e.g. School Readiness

 Professional Development and Mentoring

We offer a variety of workshops, training, information evenings, professional development and mentoring sessions to up-skill and educate Teachers, Integration Aides, Parents, and Families. We cover a range of pre-set topics or topics of your choice
